And it was also very weird. The toppings can be bizarre, and good ol' American pepperoni n'existe pas. Would you have ever thought to have honey drizzled on your pizza, over the creme fraiche? We actually ordered that one more than once, The Daisy Age.
The prices are great, the pizza is good and the name is the best! Have a look yourself!

we have a few places that sell a thai veggie pizza. who knew that cheese and peanut sauce would be good.

I wonder if Cap has to do with the Capitol?
As you know, cap is a cape, as in Cape Cod. That doesn't sound right for a pizza joint in Toulouse, though.
Cap is also bearing, as in the direction a ship takes; le bon cap being the right direction or heading. Also a funny concept for a pizza place in Toulouse...

wow that pizza looks mighty good to me. better then what I have gotten here.
Okay, that actually doesn't look all that great, but I've never been much for drowning pizza with too many toppings. Give me a simple margherita anyday!
Having said that, I do like the idea of honey drizzled over a sweet pizza, with creme fraiche over that. At that point, though, wouldn't it just be considered a big ol' pastry dish? ;-)

It was actually not a sweet pizza, but a savory one. Weird, but it was fairly good. Not that I've ever actually craved it again.
Chorizo pizzas are a good substitute if you're craving pepperoni...
Ahhh...Toulouse! Any Cassoulet pizza around? haha

Dear CC, really? It sounds good anyway! I've only ever had a really bad pizza once in my life. Hard to ruin pizza, but interestingly enough, it does happen.
